:BaseKB was born out of our experience using Freebase data to create web sites like carpictures, ny-pictures and Ookaboo. If we intended to make more sites like this, we'd need a correct, complete, and efficient way to import data from Freebase.
By sharing our results with you we hope to accelerate the development of successful semantic applications.
We plan to release a version of the Infovore Map/Reduce framework that will work on the last Freebase quad dump.
